Set up Privacy Settings:

Here you are able to manage every aspect of who and what your group members are aloud to see in your group.

Public: If you have this set to off, then the only way other users of Search Wildly can find your group is if you send them an invitation through your "Member Management" (keep in mind your invitation list will only be populated by users you currently follow, so make sure you are following them).  Turning this on will allow your group to be searchable in the Search Wildly group list.

Geolocation: Open does not change the location visibility settings of encounters placed in your group. Private-Leader will make encounter location private to just the group leader and the owner of the encounter. Perfect for classroom projects or submitting endangered species signings. Private-Group Will make encounter location private to just the group members. Perfect for a private group that wants to make sure no other users will be able to see the location of their encounters, but they still want to share the images with the public.

Open Access:  When OFF users will need to be approved by the group owner before being granted access to the group. When ON (green)  Your group will automatically make every user that enters your group a member of your group.

Restricted use: When on Members of your group will only be able to view the encounters in your group. They will not be able to submit any encounters to it. If you invite another user to your group, they will be given the ability to add encounters to your group. Perfect for when you want to to display a carefully curated set of encounters in your group.

Allow Encounters Without Photos: If an encounter does not have an image it will display the stock image we have.
